Effective 8/1/2024, the Raytheon Buyer will no longer actively collect back signed Supplemental Disclosures (SDs) attachments from Sellers, however it is the Seller's responsibility to review and comply with the terms of the SD and all flowthrough attachments applicable to the customer contract the purchase supports. Seller shall notify Buyer if it is unable to comply with any applicable terms and requirements.

If the Flowthrough document includes Small Business Subcontracting Plan requirements under FAR 52.219-9 or DFARS 252.219-7004, the applicable threshold specified in FAR 19.702(a) on date of subcontract/Purchase Order award shall apply. See https://www.acquisition.gov/far/19.702
