Effective 8/1/2024, the Raytheon Buyer will no longer actively collect back signed Supplemental Disclosures (SDs) attachments from Sellers, however it is the Seller's responsibility to review and comply with the terms of the SD and all flowthrough attachments applicable to the customer contract the purchase supports. Seller shall notify Buyer if it is unable to comply with any applicable terms and requirements. Effective 10/1/2025, flowthrough documents that contain a Cost or Pricing Data threshold of $750K are increased to $950K and those at $2M are increased to $2.5M. No updates to these documents will be published for this change.

If the Flowthrough document includes Small Business Subcontracting Plan requirements under FAR 52.219-9 or DFARS 252.219-7004, the applicable threshold specified in FAR 19.702(a) on date of subcontract/Purchase Order award shall apply. See https://www.acquisition.gov/far/19.702
